  • Standing tall.
  • Object is kept in front of chest and/or abs.
Rep End
  • Standing tall.
  • Object is kept in front of chest and/or abs.
Rep Requirement
  • Achieve the bottom of squat.
  • Object is kept in front of chest throughout the full repetition.
