Handstand Shoulder Taps

Athlete supporting the body in a vertical position by balancing on the hands lifts one arm and touches the same shoulder.

Rep Start
  • Vertical Inversion
  • Both hands on the ground or object.
Rep End
  • Vertical Inversion
  • Both hands on the ground or object.
Rep Requirement
  • One hand must leave the ground and touch the shoulder on the same side of the body before returning to the ground.
  • Only hands may contact the ground.
  • Feet remain above the hips and head throughout the full rep.
Cycle & Post Rep
  • Rep end is a valid rep start.
